Upstairs Bathtub Leak

A call was made to SERVPRO of Bartlett / Cordova regarding a collapsed ceiling after a leak on the second flood, as shown in the before photo. The water had destroyed the ceiling.

We were able to arrive at the home in time to save the majority of the home's belongings, excluding flooring. The technicians used air movers and dehumidifiers to dry to the area quickly to prevent any further issues before replacing the floors. The homeowners were thankful for the quickness of our work and to have their home back.
