Massive Water Damage in Hospital

This facility had a massive water loss in one of the rooms. The before picture shows how the ceiling had come down into the room littering the floors with insulation and drywall. Unfortunately some of the fallen drywall also had mold growth as if the broken pipe had been leaking for a few days before it finally broke.

Our team finished cleaning the damaged area and added a disinfectant to kill any settled mold spores. The most important step in mold remediation is to keep the humidity down to assure there is no mold growth in other parts of the facility.
