Laboratory Water Damage from Pipe Break

The drinking fountains next to these bathrooms are very convenient for the employees, but not when they don't work. The pipe underneath was leaking and then broke clean through damaging the drywall. Luckily the water was turned off quickly, or the damage would have been a lot worse. After extracting the water, we placed a couple of air movers to keep the wet drywall from growing mold and dry it quickly.
